October is Menopause Awareness Month 🧡
Menopause is something every woman will go through, yet so many of us were never told what to expect. Hot flushes, broken sleep, anxiety, brain fog, aching joints, dry and changing skin... it can feel like you've lost yourself, and too many women still cope in silence.
As a nurse, I hear it in clinic all the time: "I thought it was just me." It isn't, and you don't have to put up with it.
