Apologies for the radio silence over here!

To all the mums/parents out there who know what it's like to grow a human, keep working, look after other children all whilst trying to look after yourself you probably get it 😂

Part of why I love doing what I do is because I get to look after you and I see you when often we forget to do it for ourselves 💚

I wasn't sure whether to mention this as I don't usually post the most intimate stuff on social media. But, after a pregnancy loss at the end of last year; my energy for social media just hasn't been there. I think it's greatly underrated what a women goes through and the recovery it takes physically and mentally after this kind of thing.

I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has kept coming to me in this period and kept me busy! Although it may feel odd coming to someone when they're pregnant or going through their own fertility journey for bodywork, this still is my job and has kept me focussed and kept my mind busy whilst also allowing me to not have to worry about promoting myself and keeping my business running. I also prioritised making sure the quality of treatment is still there and I hope this has shown 💕

Its been preying on my mind to 'announce' this pregnancy on here for a while as most of my clients already know or have guessed 😂 so apologies it's a bit late! But as I'll be finishing work at the end of October I really felt you should know to allow anyone to book in for their last appointments until I'm back next year.
