Far from perfect, but really enjoyed doing this. Created for my best friend, a freebie practice tattoo, telling a story of love, loss, strength and the choice to keep living.

The Viking woman represents the woman she has become after surviving the unimaginable — losing her son, Brandon. Not untouched by what she’s been through, not leaving the grief behind, but carrying it with her and still choosing to rise, to live, and to keep going.

Today I had the honour of practice tattooing 11:11 on my best friend — the angel number that has resonated with her so deeply since losing her beautiful son, Brandon.

A little sign. A moment of connection. A reminder that love doesn’t end when someone leaves this world.

We chose Teddy as the perfect n**e base to beautifully complement her deeper skin tone, finished with that clean white French tip 🤌🏽

A little tattoo practice on one of my closest friends. 🖤

Tattooing isn’t a service I offer, and I don’t charge my friends. It’s just something I’ve found a lot of joy in during a time when I’ve been struggling.

This one was extra special. It’s in memory of her beautiful dog Ralph, who passed away a couple of years ago. 🐾 The original design was created by another tattoo artist and personalised for my friend’s daughter. Now mum and daughter have matching tattoos, so they’ll both always have a little piece of Ralph with them. 🥹❤️

Feeling very lucky to have friends who trust me enough to practise on them and let me be part of something so meaningful.
