🍂 SEASONAL SHED — YES, IT’S A THING! 🍂

There are lots of factors that can influence shedding, from your natural hair-growth cycle to stress, diet, illness and nutritional deficiencies.

I’ve put together this little guide to explain why seasonal shedding happens, what you can do to support healthy hair growth, and when it might be worth looking into further. 🌿

Remember, a little extra shedding doesn’t automatically mean something is wrong — but if you’re experiencing persistent shedding, noticeable thinning, bald patches or scalp changes, it’s always worth speaking to a professional.

But here’s a little fact you might not know… 🎂 Sarah is also the owner and creator of Rosie Shaw Cake Company! She’s created some absolutely beautiful cakes over the years, but has recently taken a step back from cake making to focus on her career and other passions.
