👂 A challenging case of severely blocked ears!
This gentleman had been suffering with his ears for quite some time and came to me with both ears very severely impacted with wax.
This was not a quick removal — the procedure took considerably longer than normal due to the amount and firmness of the wax. However, I was persistent and took my time, carefully working through the blockage and making sure the procedure was carried out as safely and comfortably as possible.
After plenty of patience and perseverance, we finally got there! 🙌
✨ Both ears successfully cleared, and I can now clearly see both eardrums.
It’s cases like this that remind me why patience is so important when it comes to earwax removal. Sometimes the most stubborn blockages simply require a little more time and persistence.

The pharmacy confirmed that she did have an ear infection and she was able to get the appropriate antibiotics to treat it. ❤️
This is exactly why I take the time to look carefully at my customers’ ears during appointments. My job isn’t just about removing wax — I genuinely care about the health and wellbeing of the people who come to me.
