The session’s over. The conversation isn’t.

The last five minutes at Remedy aren’t small talk. It’s a proper check-in: how did that feel, anything tighter than usual, what do the next few days of training need to look like?

Small niggles get caught before they become missed weeks. Your recovery is built around how you actually feel. You leave knowing what’s next.

That conversation is part of the session, not an add-on. Use it.

Strength shouldn’t be a guess.

Too often, rehab progress gets judged by how a leg feels or how a movement looks. That’s useful, but it’s not the full picture.

At Remedy, we use handheld dynamometry to put a number on it. We measure force through the muscle, compare side to side, and track it session by session. So when we say you’re ready to move on, load up or get back to training, we can show you why.

Clear numbers. Clear progress. Decisions you can trust.

If you’re dealing with an injury or coming back from one, start your rehab journey today. Link in bio to book.

Persistent fatigue. Recurring bone stress injuries. Irregular periods. Low mood. A plateau you can’t train your way out of.

On their own they’re easy to dismiss. Together, they can point to relative energy deficiency in sport (REDs).

The good news is that REDs is often preventable and reversible when it’s caught early. Our latest blog covers the causes, the risks, and how our team can help.

Most people drink coffee out of habit. Used with a bit of intention, it can change how a session feels.

Caffeine blocks the chemical that makes you feel tired. That’s why a coffee 30–60 minutes before training can lift endurance, power output and focus.

The catch is that it stays in your system for hours. Have it too late and it eats into your sleep, and poor sleep undoes more recovery than a good coffee gives back.

Time it right, and you get more out of both your training and your sleep.

Injuries test more than the body.

Richard Dunne knows what it takes to come back at the highest level, and he knows the mental side matters just as much as the physical. Good rehab isn’t only about pushing harder. It’s knowing when to push and when to support.

That balance is at the heart of how we work with every athlete.

Massage isn’t a treat. It’s part of the work.

Whether you’re deep in a training block or coming back from injury, regular massage helps your body keep up:

• Releases built-up muscle tension
• Eases soreness after training
• Improves mobility and range of movement
• Supports recovery between sessions
• Helps you switch off and reset

Your body does a lot for you. Give it the recovery it needs.
