Doing your best friend’s hair on your birthday has to be one of the best ways to spend quality time together. 🥰✨

We took this washed-out, faded coppery red and gave it a complete refresh — creating a gorgeous light brown root with rich copper and vibrant red tones seamlessly blended throughout. 🔥🍂

34. And honestly? This chapter feels different. 🤍

I’ve built my business from the ground up — starting with an idea, a pair of scissors, a passion for hair and a whole lot of determination. It hasn’t always been easy. There have been setbacks, slow periods, self-doubt, tears, and moments where I’ve questioned whether I was actually capable of making it work.

But I kept going.

I’ve watched DottyBee Hair grow, evolve and become something I’m genuinely proud to call mine. I’ve learnt, I’ve fallen, I’ve picked myself back up, and I’ve worked my way back to where I belong — on top of my game. 👑

Being a hairstylist isn’t just about creating beautiful hair for me. It’s about building something from nothing, creating a life I’m proud of and proving to myself that I can do hard things.

So today, I’m celebrating ME. 🥂
