As of September all nail treatments will be for existing nail clients only (having had nail based treatments with me in the last 6 months).

This is to help all existing manicure and pedicure clients get treatments within the time frames that they require.

Thank you for your continued support and the busiest summer holiday season I’ve had in over 20 years of being in the industry.

I’m on annual leave until the 20th of August, during this time the inbox won’t be monitored.

Your massage doesn't end when you leave the treatment table. Looking after yourself over the next 24 hours will help your body recover and maximise the benefits.

Here's what I recommend:

💧Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.

🧘‍♀️Give yourself time to relax and avoid overexertion.

🚶‍♀️A gentle walk or light stretching can help keep your body moving.

🥗Enjoy nourishing meals and avoid excessive alcohol if possible.

🛁If you feel a little sore, a warm bath or shower can help ease your muscles.

Remember, massage works best when it's part of your regular self-care routine rather than a one-off treatment.

For ongoing muscle maintenance and relaxation, many people benefit from booking every 4-6 weeks.
