A little reminder to all my lovely clients about appointments, lateness and no-shows. 💕

✨ PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME
Please make sure you arrive on time for your appointment. If you know you’re going to be late, please message me as soon as possible. Late arrivals may mean your appointment needs to be shortened or rearranged, depending on the time available.

✨ CANCELLATIONS
If you can no longer attend your appointment, please give me as much notice as possible. This allows me the opportunity to offer your slot to another client.

✨ NO-SHOWS
If you fail to attend your appointment without contacting me, this will be classed as a no-show. The full cost of the service booked will be charged for missed appointments.

As a small business owner, my time is valuable, and missed appointments mean lost income and opportunities for other clients to book. I understand that unexpected things can happen, but communication is key. 🤎
