I’ve loved creating some beautiful permanent makeup this month. October is pretty busy already, so I’m starting November with a bang with this incredible offer.

What is permenant makeup?

It’s essentially, your brows, but tattooed on. The brows will be measured out to your face shape and will only be tattooed on when you’re 100 percent happy with the shape.

Does it hurt?

Main question everyone asks. You may come pre numbed if you wish (I can tell you which cream to buy) but as soon as I open the skin which takes around 5 minutes, you are then numb.

Can I choose a colour?

Yes, we will go through colours together and pick a mix you are happy with. The colour will be as close to, your eyebrow hair colour as possible.

How long does it take?

I allow 2.5 hours for this treatment. Majority of the time is actually going into the pre draw and discussing colours/what kind of brow you’d like.

What are the options?

There are three main types of brows. Full hairstrokes which are fine, individual strokes to mimic the look of real hair.

Ombre/shaded brow - this technique is a soft shading technique to mimic the look of how you’d draw your brows on with makeup, giving you the smooth polished brow look.

Combination - mix of the two. Probably the most popular with my clients. Hairstrokes at the front then blending into some light shading to create the polished shape.

For this client, I created a fuller, more structured brow while still keeping the overall look soft and natural. These will now heal under the skin giving the soft look she was wanting, and colour softening up to 50 percent. Check back in 6 weeks for the healed first session!

LASER PIGMENT REMOVAL. My client had an unwanted area of pigment that had been bothering her for many years.

After just one laser pigment removal session, the area has already shown an incredible 80%+ reduction in visible pigment.

One treatment can make a significant difference, although results will vary depending on the pigment, skin, and how it responds to treatment.

Another great example of why laser removal can be such an effective option for unwanted pigment.

I had the pleasure of having the lovely Karen in today 🤎

Karen is used to simply using brow gel, so having her brows tattooed was a big change for her! She wanted something very natural, so before we started, we designed both brows and created one using hairstrokes and the other as a combination brow. I then let Karen choose which style she preferred before we went ahead.

She chose the combination brow, and I think it suits her perfectly!

These will soften beautifully over the next few weeks as they heal, settling into a gorgeous soft, light brown.

And September is going to be a BIG month for PMU 🤎
