Welcome to Heather's Hands, home of my handmade naturally coloured/scented soaps & skincare products
Heather’s Hands was born through my passion for animals, especially my dogs, and my love of creating. I wanted to make a soap that was natural and kind to your skin while still looking and smelling beautiful. My soaps are all coloured using plants or clay and are scented with essential oils. They also contain no palm oil so are good for you and the environment. My lip balms are created with the same ethos, using only natural ingredients. I hope you enjoy my products as much as I enjoy making them!

New room spray scents and car diffusers! Luna - a floral/fruity mix of pear, lemon, iris, jasmine and vetiver and Winter Berries - a crisp fragrance of juniper berry, apple, orange peel, pine nut and musk. They'll be available at my stand at Cumbria Life Magazine's Home & Gift Fair 17-18 October at The Pencil Factory, Keswick before going on the website.

How was your weekend? I had some me time up on the fells to bag my 150th Wainwright (64 left to go!) before I get stuck into my busy making season ready for upcoming fairs - although after a 9 mile walk maybe I'll ease into the busy part! 😄

What are your Bank Holiday plans? I'll be spending mine deliberating whether to change my lip balm packaging from white tubes to black! Love the life of a small business owner! Which do you prefer? 🤔

My next event will be the Cumbria Life Home & Gift Show on Saturday and Sunday 17-18 October in The Pencil Factory, Keswick. It was a lovely show last year - who's thinking of visiting it?
Did you guess what I tried making this weekend? It was Rose Water Facial Toner! My daughter made a comment about liking using rose water so I thought I would try making some - my house smelt amazing afterwards! What did you do at the weekend?
