Heather’s Hands was born through my passion for animals, especially my dogs, and my love of creating. I wanted to make a soap that was natural and kind to your skin while still looking and smelling beautiful. My soaps are all coloured using plants or clay and are scented with essential oils. Did you guess what I tried making this weekend? It was Rose Water Facial Toner! My daughter made a comment about liking using rose water so I thought I would try making some - my house smelt amazing afterwards! What did you do at the weekend?

Thank you to everyone who visited the Summer Fair at Dacre Hall and supported the small businesses there. My new dragon design soap proved to be a popular choice so I'll have to get busy making some more!
That's me set up at Dacre Hall, Lanercost for the 10 day Summer Fair. It's open 10am-5pm from Saturday 25 July-Monday 3 August. Lots of small businesses with amazing products!
