Baby Bonnie has arrived!! Finally….. we are so desperate for cuddles, we are all obsessed already! Well done Sophia it’s been a tough journey for you juggling all the emotions pregnancy comes with growing a baby and juggling gruelling hours at work, but you’ve done it all with a smile, we are SO SO proud of you! Mental health friends - strictly 2026 I’m raising money for a local charity - mental health friends.

Good morning ladies! Rachel here, as some of you are aware I have had surgery, I’m today 10 days post op. I’m due back in work on Monday for the week on very reduced hours, that being said please bare with me as I thought I would be springing back to normal work however the surgery I have had isn’t for the faint hearted 😅 I will need to rely on our assistants for their help with my clients, so until I’m back to my normal self please know that over the next couple of weeks you may have a couple of extra hands helping.
