Iv been so quiet on social media recently.

Iv been enjoying some time away , Amsterdam with Toby and Cyprus with my bestie. But also super busy with work when I’m here and now juggling my coaching business and a podcast alongside the beauty 🤦🏼‍♀️

All my regular clients are keeping me super busy and I’m grateful for that. My diary is open into January now and new clients are welcome if there are spaces.

Life has been full on,

Between a fully booked diary, smashing the gym, celebrating my gals wedding and getting my dodgy gallbladder removed.

I know you have all been along for the ride with me and can’t thank you all enough for the lovely messages & gifts whilst I recover.

As you know me too well I won’t be resting for long and back doing clients (part time) on Monday aswell as starting back with an old passion of mine, online coaching.

My diary is open 3 months rolling and is filling up for July& August so please please be organised. You don’t see me posting much content but I am super busy behind the scenes.
