Well, that concludes my last day!!
I cannot thank everyone enough for supporting my business over the past 3.5 years, I've loved meeting and working with you all.

Reopening on Monday 27th July!! My silent business partner and I can't wait to welcome you back!

For your safety and ours, we will be asking all customers to complete a Covid-19 questionnaire. We also ask that you wash your hands on arrival, wear a mask and advise that those who are high risk to remain at home.

As your safety is paramount, we will ensure that the room is cleaned thoroughly between each customer, gloves may be worn by us, but our hands will always be washed! But feel free to ask us to wash them again any time!

Hope everyone is okay during these unusual circumstances. Just a quick message to let you know I'm doing online consultations and revising exercises that I've prescribed previously.

If anyone would like to book, please give me a message. The appointments will be done via zoom, are around 20-30 minutes and are £15.

So impressed with this one's dedication to her rehab!
In August 2018, Jess jumped off a trampoline onto a mat and left her ATFL (an ankle ligament) just about hanging on. She went to hospital where she was x-rayed and sent away with physio appointments, by the end of the course they told her the pain was all in her head!!!
At this point, 18 months later, she came to visit me where we found further injury due to compensating from the ankle pain. I see Jess once a month and have for 8 months or so. She has nailed her rehab and keeps me updated with any problems she's facing, her pain has decreased and can walk with no problems! Just look at how much her single leg squat has improved between appointments 😍 she no longer leans forward, she has built the strength, proprioception and mobility to control her hip and knee movement and you can see the muscle definition just from her working at her rehab! Improvements still to be made, but I'm chuffed for her! We are now working on getting her return back to sport! Keep on smashing it 😍

Yesterday, this incredible lady did her first Ironman! She worked super hard in her training, her rehab and didn't let a route change stop her from being an Ironman! She did amazing and absolutley deserves that medal and her new title! Congratulations Laura, you smashed it!
