The Harvest Moon is the Full Moon that occurs closest to the Autumn Equinox. As the name implies, and according to the Old Farmers’ Almanac, this was a time of gathering summer crops under the early evening moonlight.
This is a time of abundance and is an opportunity to work with magic that brings gains into your life. The Harvest Moon is also a time to focus on lifestyle balance, health, wellness and peace of mind. This is a good time to reflect on what you have achieved this year with a view to moving forward through the winter months. It is also a time to release what no longer serves you (emotionally and physically) - what are you ready to let go?
Like the autumn leaves on the beautiful trees it is the perfect time to release and let go …. ✨🧡🍁🌕🍁🧡✨

✨✨MABON BLESSINGS✨✨
Mabon is the pagan name for the Autumn Equinox (around September 22), celebrating equal day and night, harvest abundance and the slow descent into darker evenings.
Mabon is a time of gratitude, balance and preparation. It is the time to reflect on the harvest, both literally and metaphorically, and to begin releasing what no longer serves as the Wheel of the Year turns towards Winter.
One of the easiest and most enjoyable ways to celebrate Mabon is by decorating your home for Autumn. Bring in fresh and dried flowers, conkers, acorns and pinecones to place throughout your kitchen and living spaces and this will help create a warm, inviting atmosphere that reflects the beauty of the season. Light an autumnal scented candle or diffuser oil and settle in for those cosy evenings …..
Affirmation : I honour the balance of light and dark in and around me 💗

Tonight is heralding the Full Sturgeon Moon, named after the giant lake sturgeon which were most easily caught late summer and provided a vital food source for the North American indigenous tribes.
Since the Solar Eclipse, energies have been high and I, for one, have felt quite chaotic, overwhelmed and “off kilter”. This Full Moon, I believe, is asking us to take a pause and notice where we are at the moment rather than rushing towards what may come next. Note what you have learned this summer; what has become clearer and what are you no longer willing to carry forward into the next season.
As this month comes to a close we are starting to look forward to Autumn and there will be plenty of time for planning, creating and clearing. Let this Full Moon be a gentle pause to honour yourself and make sure you rest ✨🌕✨🌕✨

✨ LAMMAS/LUGHNASADH BLESSINGS ✨
Lammas is a pagan celebration which falls on 1st August. Lammas is the season of the first harvest and it is a time to give thanks for what has grown, celebrate the work of our own own hands and welcome the abundance of the turning wheel. This the time to start preparation for the cooler, slower months ahead. In older villages it was celebrated with the baking of bread, picking fruits, harvest feasts and blessings for the land.
As you prepare your food today, whether it is baking bread or a simple meal, quietly whisper :
‘May this home know peace and love.
May those who eat here be nourished and safe.
May abundance find its way to all around this table.’
Remember ….. true magic lies within ordinary acts performed with love … ✨✨✨

Tonight we will be illuminated with the Full Buck Moon 🌕✨🌕✨🌕
As Summer peaks, the velvety antlers of male deer, which begin to sprout in early spring, finish growing into their final glory. The sight of their magnificent antlers against the summer sky may have led the Algonquin people, prominent along the Atlantic Coast and the Great Lakes, to call this the Full Buck Moon.
Spiritually, the Buck Moon is about determination, progress, and purposeful growth. It’s a time to reflect on how far you have come and to add focused energy to reach your next step.
Full Moons are also a good time for letting go of anything that no longer serves you. If there are actions in which you are holding yourself back when it comes to growth, self-confidence, or achieving your goals, now is the time to let of those negative, limiting beliefs. A good ritual is to write what you would like to let go on a bay leaf and burn this with love; this then allows for fresh growth and energies to come to you …

I LOVE CRYSTALS 💕🤍🧡❤️♥️💙💜
I do not ever remember a time in my life where I have not loved, worked, healed and played with crystals. From a child I have always valued these beautiful gems and worked with their individual energies. I think my love for crystals came from my beautiful mum who always loved them, collected them and treasured them 💗
For a while I have been on the lookout for a little desk to go in my treatment room where I can do my journalling, card spreads and other writing …. Imagine how excited I was to find this beautiful Indian wood desk on Marketplace. Hubby and I took a trip to Haslemere (just a couple miles from my childhood home) and she was mine! I then spent a wonderful couple of hours sorting through some of my collection 💜. Some things are just meant to be ……..
(In the act of full transparency I admit these are only half of my collection - I have many large pieces around the home, in the garden, in my plants, in my bra ….. )

Look up to the sky tonight and hopefully you will see the abundant Full Strawberry Moon. The Strawberry Moon is typically the Full Moon that occurs closest to the Summer Solstice and is often linked to abundance, prosperity and gratitude. These are ideal energies for “sweeping out the cobwebs”, both literally and metaphorically, and inviting fresh energy and enchantment into your life. Let go of the past, release what no longer serves you and open your heart to new beginnings under this powerful full moon.
A perfect little ritual for this Full Moon is to arrange a bowl of fresh, organic strawberries and light a pink or red candle; hold a piece of rose quartz in your hand. As you eat a strawberry, meditate on the blessings you want to invite into your life for the remainder of this year and savour the sweetness of the current season ✨🍓🕯️🍓🕯️🍓✨

🌞🌞🌞 LITHA BLESSINGS 🌞🌞🌞
Litha (also known as the Summer Solstice or Midsummer) falls on 21st June and marks the start of Summer and it is the longest day.
Litha is a celebration of the Sun ….. it is a time of vitality, abundance, beauty and, most importantly, life. We give thanks for the blessings that have grown since Spring and celebrate the beauty of nature.
Popular ways to celebrate include spending time in nature, gathering herbs and flowers, cooking with seasonal goodness, lighting bonfires, watching the sunrise and reflecting on intentions that were set in Spring.
Celebrate your growth so far this year - not just what you have achieved but acknowledge your own personal growth. You may also wish to journal your intentions for the remainder of the year.
Whatever you do today try to celebrate something in your life and fill your energy with golden goodness 🌞🌞🌞
