Lip filler in hot weather?🔥
💋 Expect slightly more swelling than usual in hot weather – this is completely normal.
✨ Stay hydrated – drink plenty of water.
🧊 If needed, apply a cool compress (wrapped in a clean cloth) to help reduce swelling.
🌞 Avoid direct sun exposure and excessive heat (sunbathing, hot tubs, saunas and steam rooms) for at least 24–48 hours.
🏋️ Skip strenuous exercise for 24 hours, as this can increase swelling.
💄 Avoid touching or applying lipstick to your lips for the first 24 hours.
🧴 Always wear SPF on the skin around your lips once any injection sites have healed.

Remember: Every client heals differently. Swelling usually peaks during the first 24–48 hours before gradually settling.
