From maternity leave… to THIS. 🥹🫶

14 years ago, I made a decision that I had no idea would completely change the direction of my life.
I stepped into the beauty industry while on maternity leave, starting from home, renting spaces, building a clientele and eventually managing a salon.

But I’d come from a background working with young people and I missed working in education. So just two years into beauty, I went back into education alongside it, and that’s when everything really started to come together. ❤️

Fast forward to today and I’ve spent 12+ years teaching beauty, trained thousands of students, written for industry publications, delivered seminars across the UK, become an industry judge and Head Judge, and built an Ofqual regulated academy with an incredible team of 4 educators.

And after all of that, the part I still love most?
Watching somebody realise they CAN do it. 🙌

It definitely wasn't one big master plan. 😂 It was lots of little decisions, opportunities, risks and adhd moments that make you say “I’ll give it a go” that somehow brought me here.
