BERGAMOT ESSENTIAL OIL 👉LIGHTNESS, CALM & FRESHNESS 🍋🌿
Bergamot has a fresh citrus scent with a delicate floral note. In aromatherapy, it is especially valued when the body feels tired and the mind feels overloaded.
🌿 For tension and stress
Its aroma may help create a sense of calm and relaxation. It can be a lovely choice after a busy day, especially when it is difficult to switch off mentally.
🌿 For mood support
Bergamot is often associated with a feeling of lightness and emotional uplift. Its fragrance is fresh, yet softer and more rounded than lemon or peppermint.
🌿 For mental fatigue
It can be a good choice when you feel overwhelmed, irritable or simply have too much on your mind.
🌿 In massage
When properly diluted, bergamot can be blended with a carrier oil. Its scent works beautifully in relaxation massage, especially when you want a combination of calmness and a fresh, uplifting aroma.
🌿 For the skin
Bergamot is sometimes used in skincare for oily or combination skin, but it should always be properly diluted.
⚠️ Important
Some bergamot essential oils can make the skin more sensitive to sunlight. After topical use, the treated area should not be exposed to strong sunlight or sunbeds. There are also bergamot FCF versions, in which the components responsible for phototoxicity have been removed.
It is one of those scents that is neither heavy nor overly sweet.
Simply fresh, elegant and calming.

And that’s usually when you suddenly remember massage exists.

Not every massage has to hurt.

No.
A massage doesn’t have to feel like a battle with the massage table to be effective. 😄
Sometimes your body needs deeper pressure.
Sometimes it needs a gentler touch.
And sometimes it needs a bit of both.
A good massage isn’t about showing how strong the therapist is.
It’s about knowing when to use that strength.
