A little behind the scenes that you don’t always get to see 🫧🤍
Regular maintenance, deep cleaning and checking over my equipment is all part of running Cait Alivia Wellness.
As much as I love creating the relaxing, dreamy head spa experiences you all come for, there’s a lot of work that goes on behind the scenes to make sure everything is clean, safe, hygienic and working exactly as it should.
Your experience doesn’t just start when you walk through my door. It starts with the care, time and attention I put into everything before you even arrive.
It’s the little things that make a big difference, and I’ll never cut corners when it comes to looking after you 🌿🤍

What’s your reason for a CAW voucher? 👀🤍
Birthday, new baby, wedding, thank you, someone who needs a little time out… or simply just because. Whatever the reason, gift them a Cait Alivia Wellness moment 🌿
See one that’s you? Share it to your story or send it to someone who needs the hint 😂👀
Vouchers are available by messaging me directly to arrange collection. Cash payment only.
Please don’t book an appointment in your own name/details for someone else. If you’re gifting an experience, message me and I’ll arrange it for you 🤍

Just a usual day for me 🥹🤍✨
There’s something so special about a mum choosing a moment for herself… without having to be away from her baby 🥹🤍
I absolutely loved having and her gorgeous little baby girl in for a Skin to Skin Head Spa. A chance to slow everything down, switch off from the outside world and just be together. No rushing. No expectations. Just warmth, connection, cuddles while I looked after mum 🫶🏼
And having Carmen capture the experience through her eyes made it even more special. These tiny moments are the ones we wish we could bottle up forever 🥺
Thank you for trusting me with such a precious little chapter, Carmen 🤍
Skin to Skin Head Spa…because self care doesn’t always have to mean time away from your baby 🌿🫧
