Absolutely disgusted.
Whether it's waiting on the council or not, leaving a whole bed outside a local business is so disrespectful. My clients shouldn't have to arrive at the salon to this. I take pride in keeping the place looking nice, and this completely ruins it. Have a bit of consideration for the businesses around you. 😔
