Hi everyone, I’m going to be honest here! Today I had a mum with her little daughter pop in to have the child’s fringe trimmed without an appointment!
I left a paying customer to trim the fringe and after I gave the child a wee packet of sweets!
The mother walked out of my salon without even offering to pay for my service!
So from now on my Salon policy is every service requires payment!

Unfortunately due to ongoing late cancellations or no shows we are now introducing a 50% charge for cancellation less than 24 hours before appointment, 100% charge for no show.
