💛 A little note about my booking fee…

I know, I know — nobody loves paying a booking fee. But I promise it’s not me being difficult, it’s me being fair! Here’s why I do it:

✨ Fairness to all clients — Every client who books deserves to know their appointment time is truly theirs. The booking fee protects that time so it isn’t given away or double-booked.

✨ It respects my time (and yours!) — Last-minute cancellations and no-shows mean a slot that could’ve gone to someone else on my waitlist. The fee helps me keep my diary running smoothly for everyone.

✨ It means I can keep giving 100% — Less time spent chasing cancellations means more time and energy spent on what actually matters: your treatment and results. 💫

Just a friendly reminder — appointments are not secured or booked until your booking fee has been paid. No fee, no slot reserved, unfortunately! 🙈
