Running a business means valuing everyone’s time. While we understand that unexpected situations happen, missed appointments have a significant impact on self employed artists & small businesses.

Every appointment slot is reserved specifically for you, and a late cancellation/ no show means that time could have been offered to another client in need of that service.

That being said, I’d like to take a quick second to address our cancellation policy that is implemented for everyone at The Salon. This policy is not in place to “take your money” or to upset/ offend anyone. Policies are what separate a professional business from hobbies. We are appointment based businesses that run under the roof of The Salon Caerphilly.

All appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than a 24 hour notice or same day; Will incur full payment of service you had booked. It’s nothing personal. We are a small business not a big corporation. We are very understanding that life happens, illness or unforeseen circumstances, but still have business, overheads, bills, families that rely on us.

Not paying these fees without valid reasonings means you will be blacklisted & no further appointments booked.

We appreciate every client that continues to support us at The Salon. Thank you to all our amazing clients that respect our policy. We appreciate you 🤍
