The Nurture Sanctuary

✨The winner of our competition for a private session in The Nest is Helen Taylor ! ✨

🌿 Meet the Therapist – Poppy 🌿

Poppy founded The Nurture Sanctuary at just 19 years old, inspired by her passion for holistic healing, wellbeing and natural living. Now 25 years old, what began as a love for helping others has grown into a sanctuary dedicated to nurturing the mind, body and soul. 💚

A true lover of nature and the great outdoors, when Poppy isn’t in the treatment room, you’ll most likely find her outside enjoying everything the natural world has to offer. From wild swimming, cycling and hiking to woodland walks and adventures in the family campervan, she loves nothing more than exploring the world around her with her fiancé, Chris, and their five-year-old son, Hunter. 🏔️

Poppy also home-educates Hunter, nurturing his curiosity and sharing with him the wonders of the natural world. When she isn’t outdoors, she’s often found with her nose in a book, escaping into magical worlds through her love of fantasy fiction. 📚✨

For Poppy, wellbeing is more than a treatment; it’s a way of life. Her love of natural living, connection, nature and holistic wellness is woven into everything she does at The Nurture Sanctuary. 🌿

🔥 NEW SAUNA BOOKING STRUCTURE 🔥

We’ve absolutely loved welcoming so many of you into The Nest over the last two months! 💚

It’s been so lovely to hear how much people are enjoying the infrared heat and how good it’s making them feel. We’ve welcomed individuals, couples and groups of friends, and we’ve now got a much better feel for the different types of bookings you’re looking for.

So, we’ve updated our online booking system to make booking The Nest sauna even easier!

You can now book ALL sauna sessions online, choosing the number of people in your group:

✨ 1 person — £15
✨ 2 people — £30
✨ 3 people — £45
✨ 4 people — £60
✨ 5 people — £75
✨ 6 people — £90

Please make sure you select the correct number of people when booking.

🧖🏼‍♀️ Groups of 1–3 people
Sessions are 1 hour, plus an additional 15 minutes for getting changed.

🧖🏼‍♀️ Groups of 4–6 people
Sessions are 2 hours, plus an additional 15 minutes for getting changed.

Our infrared sauna has a maximum capacity of 3 people at a time, so for groups of 4–6, the additional time allows everyone to enjoy the sauna through rotational use, while still having plenty of time to relax and enjoy The Nest together.

Whether you’re coming for some much-needed solo relaxation, a cosy couple’s session or a catch-up with friends, we can’t wait to welcome you into The Nest. 🌿✨

Book your sauna session online now. 💚
