Tranquil Garden

Tranquil Garden. Think candlelight, warm spiced drinks, and a seasonal treatment. 🍂

☀️ A little update from Tranquil Garden ☀️

We’ve been a little quieter than usual as we’ve been out in Cyprus, where my son has had the honour of being Best Man at his friend’s wedding. 💍🤍

It’s been such a lovely few days, and we’re making the most of our last few hours around the pool before heading home. ☀️🌴

Once I’m back, I’ll be catching up on all messages and enquiries, so please bear with me if you’re waiting for a reply — I’ll be working my way through them as quickly as I can.

Then it’s straight back to Tranquil Garden and everything autumn! 🍂🌿

Thank you for your patience,
Victoria x

Perimenopause is giving me a new nighttime hobby: restless legs 😅

Just as I’m ready to settle down, my legs seem to think it’s time for a midnight dance routine!

Anyone else had this with perimenopause? What has genuinely helped — supplements, stretches, bedtime routines… anything?
Suggestions welcome, especially ones that don’t involve pacing round the bedroom at 2am 🤍

2nd night of taking this 🤔

Today marks the Autumn Equinox — that lovely little pause where day and night are almost equal, before we gently move into slower, cosier days. 🍂

It’s the perfect reminder to make time to rest, reset and look after yourself.

Think warm water, the crackle of the wood sauna, soft robes and a little time away from the everyday.

Here’s to embracing the season ahead — slower mornings, darker evenings and moments of calm. 🤎
