She ensures that everything runs efficiently in the clinic, from scheduling appointments to managing daily operations. Nicky has been with us at Cliniva Medispa since September 2019.
With 16 years of experience in NHS and private dentistry, as well as a PA, Nicky brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. Her passion for skin, especially ZO Skin Health, has been evident from day one.

Nicky offers a wide range of treatments beyond just skincare, ensuring that each patient receives the personalized care and treatments they need.
Nicky’s training and dedication to the industry, our clinic and our patients make her a trusted professional in the field.
She stays up-to-date with the latest industry trends by attending numerous courses and prestigious conferences, such as IMCAS in Paris.

Nicky’s commitment and expertise were proudly recognised when she was awarded Best Clinic Team Member at the Aesthetic Awards 2025 a testament to the outstanding care and dedication she brings to our clinic every day.

Jacqueline has treated thousands of patients over the years and leads our clinic with a blend of experience, compassion and clinical precision. As our Clinical Director and Lead Trainer for Cliniva Cosmetic Training, she has supported, trained and mentored hundreds of nurses, doctors and dentists throughout her 18‑year aesthetics career.

You can rest assured you’re in safe, highly skilled hands.
Jacqueline was one of the first 20 practitioners in the UK to complete the prestigious Northumbria University Level 7 in Aesthetic Practice, setting the benchmark for advanced, safe aesthetic care.

She’s also a proud BAMAN member and part of the Aesthetic Complications Expert Group, reflecting her commitment to patient safety and best practice.

Her dedication to staying at the forefront of aesthetics is unmatched — she continues to invest in her education, attending conferences and advanced training across Paris, Croatia, Malta, Sweden, London, Monaco and Vienna, bringing back the latest techniques and global insights for her patients.
