Earlier this week I had the pleasure of delivering Workplace Wellness sessions to 20 NHS staff as part of their Staff Wellbeing Event.

What a fantastic afternoon we had.

Being able to allow the amazing doctors, nurses and health care staff to take some time out to relax and reset was an absolute privilege.

They enjoyed a sprinkling of Judith Haigh Temple Spa magic with guided relaxation, breathwork and a mini REPOSE slumber pamper.
