Settle in for a warming autumn ritual designed for those days when all you want to do is get cosy and switch off.

Your treatment begins with a warm back cleanse followed by an aromatic autumn-spiced scrub to smooth and refresh the skin.

After a warm towel removal, melt into a relaxing back, neck and shoulder massage using our seasonal essential oil blend, with warm, woody autumn notes.

Next, hot stones are used to massage tired feet before your experience finishes with a soothing scalp massage.

Thai herbal compress massage plus infrared sauna makes a muscle melting, warming hour!
The compresses are filled with botanical herbs that ease muscles in conjunction with being lovely and warm. We use them along with massage moves. You can then relax in the infrared sauna to complete your de-stress. An hour for just £68 or pay £120 for 2 of you to enjoy together.
