Accidents happen….. perimenopause in full flow 🙄
I’m someone who always overthinks, I often want to know exactly what to expect before i go try out something new…
where do i go? What do I wear? What am I supposed to do when I get there? Do i need to know what I want? Am I going to have to make small talk the whole appointment?
So, from one over thinker to another, here are a few things I want you to know before coming to the cabin x
~ You don’t need to know what to do when you arrive. I’ll talk you through everything.
~ Come as you are make up on, straight from work, whatever, It makes no difference to me.
~ Want to chat during your appointment, lovely! Want to close your eyes and drift away to a calm place, also lovely! You don’t need to make conversation if you don’t want too.
~ If there’s something that you don’t like, please tell me. Don’t want oil through your hair, tell me, want that blanket extra warm, i’ll turn it up, Want more pressure in your massage, or less, I will happily work with you to get the best treatment for you.
~ Ask me ALL the questions. Before the appointment, during it, afterwards. No question is ever a wrong one to ask!
~ You don’t need to get yourself perfect before your appointment, I am not judging what you have done before, what you use or don’t… I making sure you get the best treatment on the day, if it’s something like aesthetics or lashes, there will be pre and post care advice, but i’m no Miss Trunchbowl.
~ I may ask if I can take before and after pictures, these are to track your journey, it’s totally up to you if they stay in your file, or if we use them to do little happy dance progress photos on socials, the choice is always yours.

✨THE POWER OF POLYS✨…. My client got in touch with me as over the last year the eye area had changed along with the passage of time issues starting to bother her. Sometimes being self employed can be really tough, especially when you’re working with clients face to face!! So yup, my sinuses are my weak area, and I’ve had to battle through the ok days, and rest in the tough ones…. The gorgeous spring air is great for the mojo, awful for the hayfever… but I’m back to working full time! Thanks to everyone that helped when I needed downtime… 🥰

✨Derma Hydrating✨ Ellaura came to the clinic with dehydrated skin, already using a good range of home care products, but still not fighting the battle.. a little microneedling delicately with this amazing hyaluronic acid serum and Glow Glow Glow! Dermalux to finish activating the skin and reducing inflammation… what a way to give the skin a boost ~ microneedling will always give the skin a good pep up, but remember consistency is key!

✨GLASS SKIN FOR THE WIN✨ Sandra has been coming to me regularly for other treatments to work on the underlying structures of the skin, today we started with microneedling to begin restoring skin! The glass skin treatment is always a winner, instant glow following treatment, with LED light to help improve all aspects of the treatment. The skin will continue to make improve over the coming weeks!
