Holistic Hands and Sound

Listen to your body.. Listen to your soul..We hold space for everyone else and need to know when to take a break.. walk on the beach.. explore the magic of the woods.. or take gentle snoozes..
You cannot pour from an empty cup! ❤️

Looking forward to running some sound journeys in September. Let me know if you want to reserve your place on one of them. 🙏💖

If Reiki is calling you. You will know. It grabs you when the time is right! 😘
I offer 1 on 1 Reiki in my therapy room in Chacombe. Your body knows how to heal itself. Reiki just helps it along the way. I am merely there to facilitate and hold space. 💕
Also I offer Reiki attunements for Reiki 1 and 2 for small groups.
If you want to know more or talk about booking something please contact me for a chat. 🙏🩷

Still smiling from this beautiful evening on Friday. 🙏💕

What an utterly gorgeous evening! 🙏🩷 55 beautiful souls came to the lavender farm for my sound bath. Some gathered under the marquee with me and others laid right down in the rows of lavender with the bees.🐝 The weather was perfect and the light breeze wafted gorgeous lavender smells and kept me cool while I was playing! My beautiful man played his handpan and we drummed together. My heart is full to bursting! 💕 Thankyou to Pippa & Jamie @warwickshirelavender for having us. To @patchworktatty for always supporting.. and yummy flapjacks. 😘 To @alextrat and Jane for helping. 🙏To Eoin.❤️ Rather proud of my lavender biscuits and lavender/cacao bliss balls. 😂 #soundbath #gongbathingsoundhealing #lavenderfarms #highvibrationliving #grateful

Just a cheeky reminder! 🙏🥰
