Please read the T&Cs as outlined below before confirming an appointment to ensure you are happy & agree.

🛒PAYMENT options are cash, Spot or bank transfer. These must be made in full before you leave the treatment room.

📋A PATCH TEST & CONSULTATION is advised and must take place no later than 24/48 hours prior to your appointment. This is to make sure you are not sensitive to the products I use. It is also important to make you aware that reactions can and may occur at any given time and sensitivity can be developed over time. This is a risk you as a client will take at each appointment & need to be aware of. If you have ever had an allergic reaction to any product please let me know before a patch test.

⚠️The CANCELLATION policy, no exceptions apply. A minimum of 24 hours notice before the appointment time is required for any rearrangements. “No Show” or late cancellation will result in the next appointment being paid in full at the time of booking!!!

🚫NO REFUNDS.
Under no circumstances will refunds be given, in the unlikely event you are not entirely happy with the outcome of your treatment you will need to inform me before leaving the treatment room.
Any issues that arise after treatment need to be reported back to me directly within 48hrs so that we can address accordingly - this is the time frame in which any irritation or reaction issues will become present.

🙅‍♀️NO VISITORS are permitted to attend any treatments due to a potential health & safety risk and lack of space. This also includes children & babies.

💖 YOUR HEALTH. Please be aware medication can sometimes affect the treatment outcome such as causing irritation, be less effective or not lasting as long. If you have recently undergone chemotherapy it is advised to wait for at least 18 months to allow your immune system, health & sensitivity of your hair and skin to return to normal. Any eye infections such as conjunctivitis is highly contagious and I therefore will not be able to provide you with any treatments on eyelashes and you will need to seek medical advice. Once your symptoms have been treated and completely cleared then a minimum of 2 weeks after is required before you can attend any treatments.
You must be over 18 years old (otherwise a signature from your parent/guardian must be obtained).
Please inform me at the time of booking if you feel there may be a factor that may affect your treatment.

📆ATTENDING APPOINTMENTS. Please arrive on time. Being late for more than 20 minutes without notice will result in the increase of an appointment price by 50%.

🚗PARKING outside my house is absolute fine but please do not park in front of my neighbour’s houses.
