CO₂ FRACTIONAL LASER | SKIN RESURFACING
Fractional CO₂ laser is an ablative skin resurfacing treatment using a 10,600 nm wavelength to create controlled microthermal treatment zones within the skin.
The controlled tissue injury initiates a wound-healing response, stimulating collagen production and remodelling while resurfacing damaged or irregular epidermal tissue.
Clinically, fractional CO₂ can be used to improve:
• Atrophic acne scarring
• Fine lines and wrinkles
• Uneven skin texture
• Enlarged pores
• Photoageing and sun damage
• Selected pigmentation concerns
• Skin laxity and overall skin quality
Unlike fully ablative resurfacing, fractional delivery leaves areas of untreated tissue between treatment columns, supporting re-epithelialisation and recovery.
Treatment parameters are selected according to skin type, indication, treatment area and clinical assessment. Downtime and results vary depending on the intensity of treatment.
A full consultation, medical history and skin assessment are required prior to treatment.

SCULPTRA vs RADIESSE 💉
Same goal. Different approach. And no… they’re not just “another type of filler”.
If you’re looking for a more natural, regenerative approach to facial rejuvenation, biostimulators are where things get really interesting.
✨ SCULPTRA — PLLA
Think: gradual, global rejuvenation.
Sculptra works by stimulating your body’s own collagen production over time. Rather than simply filling an area, it helps improve the underlying structure and quality of the skin.
Perfect for:
• Gradual volume restoration
• Facial hollowing and loss of support
• Improving skin firmness
• Full-face rejuvenation
• Patients wanting subtle, progressive results
Results develop gradually over the following weeks and months — so people notice you look better, without necessarily knowing why.
✨ RADIESSE — CaHA
Think: structure + collagen stimulation.
Radiesse provides an immediate supportive effect while its calcium hydroxylapatite microspheres stimulate collagen and elastin production.
It can also be used in a more diluted form when the aim is improving skin quality, firmness and laxity rather than creating volume.
Perfect for:
• Jawline and lower-face support
• Skin tightening and firmness
• Improving crepey skin
• Neck, décolletage and certain body areas
• Patients wanting a combination of immediate support + longer-term biostimulation
SO WHICH IS BETTER?
Neither.
The best treatment depends on your anatomy, degree of volume loss, skin quality and what we’re actually trying to achieve.
Sometimes it’s Sculptra.
Sometimes it’s Radiesse.
Sometimes a carefully planned combination is the answer.
The goal isn’t to make you look “filled”.
It’s to encourage your face to behave younger. 🤍
Consultation and individual treatment planning are essential.

SEPTEMBER = THE SKIN RESET 🍂
The nights are drawing in, summer is coming to an end… and this is when we can REALLY start working on your skin.
After months of increased UV exposure, you might be noticing:
• Pigmentation and sun spots looking darker
• Uneven skin tone
• Dull, dehydrated skin
• Fine lines appearing more noticeable
• Texture that just doesn’t feel quite as smooth
September is the perfect time to start planning your autumn/winter skin journey.
With UV levels beginning to reduce and less time spent in strong sunshine, we can start reintroducing treatments such as laser and more intensive skin resurfacing — treatments that often need careful sun avoidance before and after treatment.
Think of autumn as your skin’s renovation season.
We can target summer pigmentation, work on texture and tone, stimulate fresh collagen and build a treatment plan over the cooler months rather than waiting until next summer to think about your skin again.
And remember: pigmentation isn’t something we simply “blast away”. Correct assessment, appropriate laser settings, skin type, the type and depth of pigmentation, aftercare AND consistent SPF all matter.
Summer might be over, but SPF absolutely isn’t. ☀️
Ready for your September skin reset?
Book a consultation and let’s work out exactly what YOUR skin needs.

👃✨ NON-SURGICAL RHINOPLASTY | THE LASER COLLECTIVE
A non-surgical rhinoplasty uses carefully placed dermal filler to subtly reshape and balance the nose — without surgery.
It can be used to:
• Smooth the appearance of a dorsal hump
• Improve the appearance of asymmetry
• Create a straighter-looking profile
• Add definition to the nasal tip
• Improve overall facial balance and proportion
🔎 WHY DO WE USE ULTRASOUND?
The nose is a highly vascular area, with important blood vessels that can vary from person to person.
At The Laser Collective, we perform an ultrasound scan of the area as part of our safety-led approach. Ultrasound allows us to visualise relevant anatomy and vascular structures before treatment, helping us to plan treatment more carefully.
Ultrasound does not remove all risk, and a full consultation, medical assessment and informed consent are still essential before any injectable procedure.

Every treatment is individually planned — because aesthetic medicine should never be one-size-fits-all.

✨ BIOSTIMULATORS — COLLAGEN, BUT MAKE IT YOUR OWN ✨
Want firmer, smoother, more youthful-looking skin without simply adding lots of volume?
Biostimulators are one of my favourite treatments for improving the quality, structure and firmness of the skin by encouraging your body to produce more of its own collagen. 💗
Unlike traditional dermal fillers, which primarily replace volume, biostimulators work progressively within the tissues to stimulate collagen production and create a gradual, natural-looking improvement.
💉 RADIESSE® — Calcium Hydroxylapatite (CaHA)
Radiesse can provide immediate structural support while its CaHA microspheres act as a scaffold that encourages new collagen and elastin production.
Perfect for:
✨ Improving skin laxity
✨ Firming and tightening
✨ Supporting facial structure
✨ Improving skin quality and texture
✨ Treating areas such as the face, jawline, neck and hands
💉 PLLA — Poly-L-Lactic Acid
PLLA biostimulators work differently. Rather than simply filling an area, they gradually stimulate fibroblasts to increase collagen production over the weeks and months following treatment.
Perfect for:
✨ Gradual facial rejuvenation
✨ Loss of firmness and elasticity
✨ Improving skin thickness and quality
✨ Restoring support following age-related collagen loss
✨ Creating subtle, natural-looking results
The best bit? ❤️
Your results develop gradually, so rather than looking like you’ve suddenly “had something done”, your skin simply begins to look firmer, fresher and more rejuvenated.
