A 90 minute treatment of treating the body, mind and soul. Various massage techniques will be used such as vedic, ayurvedic, myofascial release and lymphatic drainage. By using all of the above methods we are not only working deep fascial release, lifting and sculpting we are stimulating the vital energy centres on the face encouraging free movement of life force energy.

This facial massage is where the body, mind, and spirit come together , working on these energy centres on the face help improve circulation and emotional wellbeing. We will be working with the breath aswell where breath, expression and emotion are al interconnected.

Yesterday is history and today is a mystery is that the saying of the wee turtle in kung fu panda??

We are all human and sometimes even I get caught up with pressures and from the noise of the outside world. So I do really hear and feel you when ypu say you feel off. Yesterday I allowed fear to take over my mind and today i start taking my power back by stop feeding my peace with fear.

A wee reminder it is ok to have days where you loose your mojo, or days you can't face the world. You are only human.
