🍃September is a month of gathering, drying and preparing in the Wildlife Community Garden.

Onions are laid out to dry properly before being stored, while flowers are harvested once they’ve bloomed and hung somewhere airy, away from direct sunlight. How long they take to dry depends on the warmth of the room, the airflow and how much moisture remains in the plant.

There’s no exact formula. As Shelly says, you simply have to work with nature.

A beautiful evening of good skin, good food and good company here at Green Farm.

We welcomed the lovely Bramley team to The Spa for an evening dedicated to Autumn skin and simple, natural rituals, including a facial demonstration using some of their beautiful botanical products and plenty of expert advice along the way.

There was local sparkling and w**e from Cornucopia delicious canapés from THE RELUCTANT CHEF time to chat, ask questions and, of course, a little Bramley treat to take home.
