MEET THE TEAM…ELEANORE

Over the next few weeks, we thought we’d introduce you to the faces behind Revive — one team member at a time. Some of you have been with us for years, while others may be newer to Revive and not know the team quite so well.

So, we thought we’d start with the person who started it all… Eleanore, Founder & Owner of Revive Cosmetics…

15 years ago, I never could have imagined where this journey would take me.

I actually fell into aesthetics completely by chance. A friend asked me why I couldn’t do her toxin treatment after she’d visited her dentist. My husband then did some research and discovered that, as a registered nurse, this was something I could train in and pursue professionally.

And from there, Revive was born.

I started out working from a converted garage, then moved into a small standalone clinic, and today I have the privilege of working from the purpose-built Revive clinic, surrounded by an incredible team who share the same values and passion for what we do which is also CQC registered.

The industry, legislation and standards have changed enormously over the last 15 years, and I’ve always made it a priority to keep learning, developing and evolving alongside it.

My background is actually in oncology nursing. I spent 20 years working within the NHS, including as a Senior Matron across three oncology units and as a Nurse Consultant specialising in metastatic breast cancer. Leaving a career I genuinely loved after COVID was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever made — but moving fully into aesthetics and Revive has turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made.

I’m still a registered nurse and Independent Nurse Prescriber, with a Master’s degree from King’s College London, but these days my focus is very much on aesthetics, education, patient safety and, of course, growing Revive and our amazing team.

Behind the scenes, I’m also a wife and mum of three. My husband has been the backbone of Revive from the very beginning. His support, encouragement, persuasion (😂) and unwavering belief in me have played such a huge part in getting me to where I am today. I genuinely wouldn’t be here without him.

FUN FACT ABOUT ELEANORE…

I’ve been scuba diving since I was 14! 🤿

Outside of Revive, I love travelling, scuba diving, spending time with my family and saying yes to new experiences and adventures.

Looking back at where Revive started and where we are today, I still have moments where I have to stop and appreciate just how far we’ve come.

And that’s not something I take for granted.

A huge thank you to my incredible team and every single one of our patients who have trusted us, supported us and been part of the Revive journey. Without you, none of this would be possible. 🤍

One of those days where you stop, take a breath, and realise just how far you’ve come.

With the revamp of our clinic and almost a year in our new home, we decided it was time for some new team photos — a little refresh and a chance to capture the people behind Revive.

We don’t often get all of us together in one place, so we set aside a few hours to get some new photos. And somewhere between the photographs, the laughing, the chaos 😂 and seeing us all together, I found myself thinking about where Revive started 15 years ago… and where we are now.

From starting out with just me, one treatment room and to be honest no plan I can honestly say today I look and this clinic, the team and the community we have today it’s just quite something and never thought I would be where I am today.

I don’t think you always realise how much something has grown when you’re living it day to day. You’re too busy working, learning, solving problems, making plans and thinking about what comes next.

But seeing everyone together that day made me stop and really appreciate it.

Five women, each with their own experience, personality and expertise, but all sharing the same values and the same commitment to our patients.

I feel incredibly lucky to have built something that has grown beyond just a business. Revive is a team, a community and something I’m genuinely so proud of.

And after 15 years, I’m probably most proud of how we’ve grown — staying true to who we are, continuing to learn, putting our patients first and never losing sight of why I started in the first place.

To my team — thank you for everything you bring to Revive.

And to every patient who has trusted us, recommended us, returned to us and supported us along the way — this wouldn’t be what it is without you.

There are lots of different treatments available for the under-eye area, but what makes JuveLook so exciting is that it’s a biostimulator specifically suited to this delicate area.

Rather than simply adding volume, JuveLook works by stimulating the skin’s own collagen production, helping to support improved skin quality, elasticity and firmness over time.

At Revive, we’re big fans of Sculptra for the outer face because of its ability to stimulate collagen and improve overall skin quality. However, Sculptra isn’t used underneath the eyes — which is why JuveLook is such an exciting addition to the Revive treatment menu.

It gives us a similar collagen-stimulating approach, but for the delicate under-eye area.

Of course, there isn’t one treatment that can address every under-eye concern. Dark circles, hollowness, fine lines, laxity and puffiness can all have very different causes.

That’s why here at Revive we will always assess your individual concerns and recommend the treatment that is most appropriate for you, rather than taking a one-treatment-fits-all approach.
