One year. 🤍
Today marks one year of HANDS on Healing at House of Therapies.

And honestly, I don’t think I could have imagined where I would be one year later.

When I think about this past year, what comes to mind first isn’t the treatments, the bookings or the business side of things.

It’s the people.
It’s you.

Over this year, you’ve come to me with sore shoulders, aching backs, tired legs, stress, and sometimes simply the need to switch off for an hour.

But what stays with me most is what happens after the treatment.

The messages that arrive when you get home:

“I feel lighter.”

“I just wanted to say how much I loved the treatment.”

“I can’t wait to get the next treatment.”

These messages genuinely mean so much to me.

I love hearing what you notice after your treatment — how you feel, what has changed, or simply that you managed to properly relax for a while.

And honestly, this is why I do what I do. 🤍

Your feedback, your trust and your kind words have given me so much confidence over this past year. They’ve encouraged me to keep learning, keep developing and keep bringing new treatments to HANDS on Healing — including my facial treatments this year.

And something I’m especially proud of: HANDS on Healing is now my main work.

That still feels quite special to say.

So today, I just want to say thank you.

Thank you to those who come regularly, those who pop in from time to time, and those who have visited just once.

Whether you’ve booked one treatment or many, left me a review, recommended me to someone, sent me a lovely message, or simply trusted me with your time — it has all meant something to me.

Still learning. Still growing. Still figuring things out.
