Throwback to last summer when my client levitated during sound bath 😳
(Joking…..google edit didn’t quite work removing a bag from the pic 😏)
Still makes me giggle 🤭
Didn’t manage a Qi & tea session The Corn Kist Coffee Shop this year must do one next year. 🙂🍰🧁☕️
We started our 2 classes back in March and with dedication and enthusiasm our students are coming towards the end of the 24 short form yang style form.
They have done so well and it’s wonderful to see the progression 🤗.
The plan is they will move onto another form to learn - most likely the fan 🪭 so that means we can start a new beginners class.
It is such a beautiful practise and once you learn the form you will have it for life.
Drop in the comments or send me a message if this is something you’d like to learn.
We are looking at November and time would be 6pm on a Thursday.
Our classes are relaxed, fun and sociable and I’m so grateful to for working with me and of course for his expert and fun teaching style 🌟

When the teenagers take over your home but you happen to have a beautiful studio at the harbour, rude not to really! Finished with an ice cream from Marcos
and a moonlight stroll 🥰
A good decision this morning to have my cacao at the beach, caught the most beautiful sunrise 🌅 🤎
