Okay… since I’ve had a few messages AND loads of questions in clinic this week about my lashes 🤣🫶 I’m not one to gatekeep, so here you go!

Back in January 2025, after YEARS of having individual lash extensions, I finally decided enough was enough.

Firstly, I genuinely didn’t have the time anymore to sit for 1.5 hours every couple of weeks 🙃 and secondly… looking back at old photos, I actually think the heavy lashes were starting to age me!

So began my journey back to my own healthy, full, long lashes 🩷

Little disclaimer — when I was younger I actually had really good natural lashes… although they were absolutely poker straight 🤣 But when I first had my extensions removed, honestly, I felt almost BALD. They were short, damaged and sparse and I felt incredibly vulnerable without them… and quite frankly, a bit ugly 🤣

I decided I was going to properly commit to getting them healthy again.

For the first 6 weeks, I applied a lash growth serum twice a day, every single day, then reduced it to nightly after that.

At around the 8-week mark, I had my first lash lift, continued with my growth serum and also introduced a moisturising/conditioning lash serum to keep them hydrated and in good condition.

And I’m not going to lie… it was a slog at first 😂

I’d get into bed, skincare done, all cosy and then suddenly remember…

“ARGHHH MY LASHES.”

And I’d get straight back up because it literally takes about 30 seconds to apply 🤣

But consistency really has been the secret.

So that’s genuinely it:

Lash growth serum + conditioning serum + lash lifts approximately every 7 weeks 🩷

No extensions. No magic overnight transformation. Just looking after them consistently and being patient.

And because I know someone will ask… receipts below 👀🤣 see what I was working with back in January 2025 compared with now!

Honestly, if you’re currently in that horrible post-extension phase where you feel like you have approximately four eyelashes left… persevere 😂🫶 they can come back!

Kelly is a Nurse Prescriber and has been working in aesthetics for the past 5 years, building an amazing client base of her own along the way. Her business continues to grow, and she is now welcoming new clients too.

Kelly is such a talented, caring and experienced practitioner, and I’m genuinely so happy to have her joining us. 🥹🩷

She’ll be working alongside myself, Leanne & Fiona, and it feels so exciting to continue growing our little team of experts — all bringing our own skills, experience and passion to the clinic.

Unfortunately, I need to share this following another incident of vandalism in the industrial estate, this time, at my business.

In the early hours of yesterday morning, three young males attended my premises and caused damage to the property. A very similar incident also took place approximately 10 days ago at the neighbouring business .

Both incidents have been captured on CCTV. The individuals had their faces covered, however I do have footage showing their clothing, bicycles and movements around the area.

I’m sharing a few still images in the hope that somebody may recognise them from their clothing, bikes or the circumstances surrounding the incident.

If you have any information, or if you live or work nearby and have CCTV, doorbell or dashcam footage from around this time, I would be extremely grateful if you could contact me privately.

Please do not name or accuse anyone publicly in the comments. Any information received will be passed on appropriately.

I have worked incredibly hard to build my business and create a premises that I’m proud of, so to have it targeted is genuinely upsetting and frustrating. Damage like this has a very real impact on a small business.
