PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!

Just a quick message for all new and returning clients.
Its came to my attention that many of you are booking and you don't know what is on your nails wether it be gel polish, Builder gel, acrylic, polygel. It takes different amounts of time to file and soak off and makes my timings hard to make my bookings. If possible find out what is being applied to your nail. I will always explain what I'm doing to your nails and what I am applying and how best to redo them when you are in my chair 😊
I have also had many clients booking a service then not wanting it when they are sat in my chair, you will still have to pay for this going forward. if you have booked builder gel I will only have time for builder gel I work back to back appointments and I will have to turn you away if I don’t have the time. Please book a soak off if you have nails on as I won’t have time to take them off and redo them. This is frustrating for me and for you and I hate to disappoint anyone.

Lastly I do have a cancellation policy in place which I will post below this is to protect my business I appreciate life happens but I would appreciate everyone to stick to it.
