Hi, I’m Michelle, a Reiki Master and NLP Practitioner with almost 20 years of experience.
Although I’ve been working in and around Alnwick for some time, I’m now also based at this newly opened well-being centre in the heart of Alnwick – so it felt like the perfect time to reintroduce myself.
Over the years, I have developed a strong belief in the transformative benefits of Reiki, whether it’s for relaxation or supporting overall wellbeing. I am passionate about self-care and the importance of taking time to pause, reset and reconnect.
In today’s busy world, Reiki offers a gentle yet powerful way to restore balance, ease stress, and bring a sense of calm.
Reiki is a soothing, hands-on (or hands-near) energy therapy that helps to:
