This one really hit close to home.
While working with a client, I noticed a mole on her scalp that didn’t look quite right. I mentioned it to her and suggested she get it checked—just in case.
It turned out to be melanoma.
The positive news is it was caught early, and that made all the difference.
As hairdressers, we’re in a unique position where we can sometimes spot things our clients can’t see themselves. This was a reminder to trust your instincts and speak up—it could genuinely save a life.
Please check your skin, including your scalp, and don’t ignore changes. And if your stylist ever flags something, take it seriously.

MISSED APPOINTMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

Please appreciate that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we are usually unable to fill that appointment slot and I still have stock and chair rental to pay this is my livelihood and is my earnings to pay bills and feed my kids so any missed appointments really is a no go.

We require at least 48 hours' notice if you wish to cancel your appointment. If less than 48 hours' notice is given there will be cancellation charge of 50% of the treatment cost.

Of course, i do appreciate that there are emergency situations which cannot be avoided, such situations will be considered on an individual basis.
