Welcome to XH Performance.

My name is Xenna Hughes and I offer bespoke Personal Training programs that are tailored to your individual needs, helping you achieve your fitness goals, whether that’s strength gains, weightless or recovering from an injury. I have worked in one of the Top Luxury Gyms in Europe, helping a variety of clients achieve their different fitness goals.

I am a level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, NASM Women’s Fitness Specialist and qualified ITEC Sports Masseuse, with a degree in Sports, Physical Exercise & Coaching Science BSc and currently studying a Masters in Sports Rehabilitation. In my 10 year competing at the senior international level in hockey, I have competed at the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games 2018 & Glasgow Commonwealth Games 2014 and have turned my love for being active into a career to help others on their fitness journeys.
