✨ A Little Reminder of My Booking Policy ✨

I just wanted to remind everyone that my terms and conditions are emailed out when you book an appointment.

📌 Cancellation & No-Show Policy

* Any appointment cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment time, or any no-show, will need to be paid in full before another appointment can be booked.
* This applies to all clients, with no exceptions.

📌 New Clients

* A £10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
* This deposit cannot be transferred if you cancel within the 48-hour cancellation window.

As a small business, last-minute cancellations and no-shows directly affect my income. Most appointments can’t be filled at such short notice, meaning I lose that time and earnings. I’m sure nobody would want to turn up to work and find part of their wages missing, and it’s no different for a self-employed business.

I’d like to say a huge thank you to all of my regular clients, who already know and respect this policy. Your understanding and continued support means so much to me. ❤️

✨ A Little Update to My Working Hours ✨

As the summer holidays come to an end, my working hours will be changing.

📅 From when the schools go back, I’ll be available:
• Monday to Wednesday: 9:30am – 2:30pm
• Thursday: 9:30am – 2:30pm & 6:00pm – 9:30pm
• Friday: 9:30am – 2:30pm

These hours will be in place until I receive my university timetable. Once I know my class days, my availability will change again.

If you’ve already booked an appointment that clashes with my new timetable, I may need to contact you to rearrange it. I’ll give as much notice as possible and really appreciate your understanding while I balance my business alongside my Social Work degree.

What an incredible place! We had the best time and I’d honestly recommend it to everyone – whether you have kids or not. It’s such a lovely couple of days away with so much to see and do. Definitely worth a visit! 🦁🦓
