Communal and private sauna sessions available (50 or 80 minutes – £15/£20 per person). Any communal session can also be made private by booking all available spaces.

Join us for a guided sauna and breathwork session with Sauna Master & Cold Water Instructor Lucy Wright of . Lucy will guide you through an immersive experience that combines breathwork, heat, and cold in a safe and supportive space.

Never tried guided sauna before? Get ready for something truly special. Expect to leave feeling clear, calm, and deeply reset.

Longer days and lighter evenings are here, and our May sauna sessions are now available to book. Find us on The Warren Beach / Traeth Castellmarch, opposite The Sandbar on the following weekends, 9am–2.30pm.

When we’re not open on a weekend, it just means the tides are too high for us to operate safely.

Communal and private sessions available (50/80 mins – £15/£20 per person).

Just a reminder, communal sessions are limited to a maximum of 5 people. Alternatively, they can be made private by booking out all the spaces, and you can bring up to 6 people to any private session.
