Good morning beautiful souls,

I hope you all have a lovely week ahead.

Remembering you deserve time out and peace.

You take care of everyone else and make sure everything gets done but when do you take care of your needs?
When do you listen to your body?
If your constantly tired and feeling rundown its your bodies way of saying slow down, take a break and you know what happens of we dont listen to these smaller signs?

We end up ill 🤒 thats your body's way of saying i did warn you but you didnt listen.

I am guilty of this too.
How many of you are?

What can you do for yourself today?

Would you like to book onto the next ring Making Workshop, it would be a great gift for yourself or you could make for a loved one.
