She had a trip to Disney recently and was back for her nails. Loves an RG visit does this one....

Well we are truely into Autumn I would say.How do you all feel about that? Im not sure Im entirely happy about this....Poss a smidge jealous of all these lovely holidays everyone has planned. No one has squeezed me in there case although I've suggested enough💼🧳 (I'm just wee) 🤣

What I will say is you guys have kept me too busy to sulk (too much) about this so as ever thank you all so very much 😊🙏

In Rose realms of cabin capers..... here's a belter for you all today.

YES.....yes that was me at 1.30pm spotting (3 clients in) foot exfoliater got smudged all over my 🍉 and some of my tunic at 9.45am

If you ever see me like this please tell me= mortified...... soft though🙈

Y-Yoga & Z-Zen! 😌🧘‍♀️

And so we wrap up the Alphabet oh....and the Month...

I thought Id focus on 2 things that are deff on my personal self care list especially as the seasons change.

Yoga in any form really as the breathing I find very helpful, not to mention giving muscles a good stretch. Mainly for me its on the Living room floor with some chill out tunes playing.When Im overwhelmed and need a wee bit of a reset its one of the first things I do.

I've certainly covered Zen in terms of what that looks like INSIDE the cabin but getting outdoors is my ultimate zen.🌳🦊🦉

I had a couple days off grid recently and could hardly believe how calm I felt listening to owls in the forrest and such little pollution and of course demands of life. I slept so well too which is very unheard of! 😴

Phone use was minimal too. I've become increasingly aware it's the last thing that helps me. A phone with 10 tabs open when your head already is that- don't reccomend 🙈

As the weather turns I absolutely struggle to do this -getting out in nature. I am NOT a lover of dark nights/mornings. But I try to stick to my 'at least 5k 3times a week running or walking goal. Even a combination, as long as Im out....!!

Autumn is well and truly here! Embrace....I know I must even though I'm not quite ready!

Maybe yoga in a leaf pile is a plan........ 🤣Who's coming?

I feel utterly grateful to have established and grown "The Rose Garden" like I have since becoming self employed, in 2016. 💗

I've always done a huge amount of waxing but it continues to increase every year! 🤩

Busy lives mean less time to think about hair removal! It's great to have so many new 'first time' waxing clients. Many of the younger generation also!! 🤗

This is also something I love to teach. Technique is everything
