what a sunday , started at fittie then moved on to a group guided session where i did a group session through the seasons , apples , cinnamon , as always 🌿🏴🌿another delight that the ladies all loved , we had fresh lavender , we had honey face masks , lavender salt scrub , herbal tea , thermal shoulder compress , larch and douglas fir , birch and oak , meadowsweet , and most important keeping us hydrated on our thermal journey , this has been an absolute winner with everyone who has tried it so far , click on their link to purchase , great flavour , no nasties , straight from the white isle , then the ladies had made their own picnic to heve by the fire pit , all in all 10 outta 10 day 🫶🏻🌲🏴🔥come join us this week at
