Plan of action
Profile Balancing Package using dermal filler with needle technique. Treatment focused on creating natural, harmonious facial proportions while maintaining soft, flowing contours. Cheek enhancement was performed to restore support and improve facial structure. The jawline was refined to enhance definition. Lip enhancement was kept conservative, with filler placed only in the Cupid’s bow on the top lip to improve shape alongside increasing volume to the bottom lip for improved overall proportion.

Results:
The client achieved a refreshed, balanced appearance with lifted and contoured cheeks, a more defined jawline, and lips that are more balanced with the rest of the face. Mild swelling is present, which is expected following treatment and may increase over the next 3–5 days before gradually subsiding.

Natural profile balancing | Cheeks & Lips

The smallest tweaks can sometimes create the most beautiful and harmonious results. Sadly facial aesthetics is still frowned upon and people have the impression that every aesthetic treatment can make the client appear fake, overfilled and plastic looking.

Jawline slimming results 💫

Treating the masseter muscle with our anti wrinkle can soften the tension around the jaw and help stop teeth grinding. In return, you can also achieve a slimmer and more feminine lower profile.

Profile Balancing 💫

We treated the chin and pre-jowl area with hyaluronic acid dermal filler over two sessions to soften and feminise the lower facial profile. The client initially presented with a broader, squarer lower face shape. Strategic augmentation of the chin and pre-jowl sulcus helped create a smoother mandibular contour and a more tapered, curved appearance, improving the transition between the chin and jawline.

We also treated the lips with hyaluronic acid filler to improve shape, definition, and volume while maintaining natural proportions. Attention was given to the vermilion border, cupid’s bow, and overall lip symmetry to enhance femininity and complement the newly refined lower facial contours.

The combined treatments resulted in a softer, more balanced profile with improved facial harmony and a more feminine lower-face aesthetic.
