I don’t love you because you’re HIV negative.

And you chose to love me even though I am HIV positive.

Thank you for loving me as much as I love you.

I strong morning routine is built on the back of a strong night routine.

Prayer for your finances day 3:

Dear Lord,

I come before You on this day acknowledging that everything I have is Yours. Help me to honor You & be a blessing to others even when I don’t want to. Remove pridefulness and envy from my heart. Show me all the places I’m withholding from You my life. Allow me to walk in faith and believe in Your faithfulness and love for me.

Thank you Lord because you are transforming me from the inside out.

HIV positive & 4 months postpartum with baby #2 🫶🏽

Addressing questions about how I safely breastfeed my son while being HIV positive:

1. my son is not on ART because antiretroviral medication is only for people living with HIV and he is HIV negative.

2. After much prayer and deliberation with my husband and doctor, we decided to take him off extended prophylaxis (PREP)

3. “Exclusively breastfeeding” means no mixed feeding with formula or cereal or anything else. This also means when I introduce solids to my son, I’d have to stop breastfeeding just to be safe. 🫶🏽

P.S. you do not have to tell me how YOU wouldn’t do this or that…this is OUR (mine and my family’s) journey and I’m sharing this season of my life because I KNOW this is helping so many women and maybe men too 🫶🏽

Prayer for finances:

Dear Lord,

Help me to honor you with my finances today. I ask that you heal all the areas in my life that make me anxious around money. Thank you because You are breaking the chains that has kept me trapped in a poverty mindset. I declare I am walking in faith and not by sight. I trust you Lord because I know You will not fail me.
