La alegoría “Aquellos maravillosos años 50 y 60”, surge como homenaje a una época decisiva en el devenir de la historia de Puerto del Carmen.

“Las décadas de los 50 y 60”, tal y como señala el concejal de Turismo, Amado Jesus Vizcaino, “fueron muy importantes para nuestro pueblo, fue el inicio del desarrollo de la industria turística, y ahora que cumplimos el 50 Aniversario de Puerto del Carmen es una bonita forma de rememorar esos años a través de nuestro famoso carnaval”.

Premiados con el galardón Distinguidos del Turismo en el año 2015, los carnavales de Puerto del Carmen se han convertido en un importantísimo evento de promoción y proyección turística a nivel internacional.

Happy New 2017......Today is the first real day back to work after the Christmas and New Year break...and the start of a new me...weighed myself this morning and nearly died of a heart attack...79.1 kilos...OMG that´s half a cow...the heaviest I´ve ever been...so started my C9 Cleanse this morning, to kick start a new healthy eating and exercise programme for 2017 but also to give me more energy as I have a very busy January with weddings and a Wedding Fair...I´ll keep you updated on my progress, wish me luck everyone xx

Don't know about you but I definitely over indulged over Christmas and I will be starting 2017 with the C9 Cleanse. I did a C9 earlier in 2016 and felt great afterwards, it's great when your clothes fit properly again but also when you have so much more energy.
